A three-car crash has left one person dead after a speeding driver lost control and crashed into another vehicle in Clackamas County, authorities said.
Earlier that day, a vehicle hit and killed a 41-year-old man in Pacific Beach, according to the county agency. Laqwente Bryant of San Diego was struck on Garnet Avenue near Gresham Street about 2 a.m.
